Chlidanthus

("Perfumed fairy lily / Peruvian daffodil")

Origins:

Originally from the tropical areas of the Andes Mountains. The botanical name comes from Greek meaning 'delicate flower'.

Planting Tips:

Whether in a container or in the garden, do not plant too deep: leave the neck of the bulb exposed. Best displayed in group plantings of 7-12 bulbs. Keep soil moist, but not wet, once roots have established themselves and the plants are in full growth. Also suitable and easy to grow in pots indoors.
